I usually do not write a review. But I think I should write a review to James. It's not only for him but also for any foreigner who works in the US like me. Hope this review helps. James helped me with my H1B, H1B extension, H1B visa, I-140, I-485 and so on. He is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. For all the working visa/permanent resident related applications, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. Also, the application documents he prepared are well written and more than sufficient. USCIS never asks me for more evidences than what James already told me. Furthermore, his valuable suggestion to file I-485 separately in 2021 really speeds up our applications since most lawyers give a different suggestion. If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable attorney and does not want to run into any RFE issues, then go to James.

Jim Daly is an immigration attorney genius and life saver, to both myself and to my friend from Europe. Jim helped me with a dire situation, a long time ago in 2004. One of the approval steps from the immigration office for my green card process, was lost in the mail for 11 months.
